Marcey is dedicated to helping individuals maximize their potential through high-intensity interval training. With over 12 years of experience, she continues to help clients build strength, endurance, and confidence. She is passionate about empowering every client to push past limits and become their strongest self- inside and outside of the studio.

BRIDGET SHANNON
Certified HIIT Trainer
Voted ClassPass's Best Fitness Instructor of Pittsburgh in 2025, Bridget brings high energy to every class, while making sure every client trains safely, intentionally, and with purpose. With over 5 years of full- time fitness coach experience and a wide range of training modalities from HIIT, barre, yoga, cycle and sculpt, Bridget brings a little bit of everything in her programming.
As a Lululemon ambassador for the South Hills of Pittsburgh, building a strong community inside and outside of the studio is the heart and soul of her classes.

Taylor brings high- energy coaching, intentional movement, and a strong focus on form to every class. With a background in Mat Pilates, Barre and HIIT training and group fitness instruction, she is passionate about helping everyone build power, prevent injury, and feel confident both in and out of the studio.

Whether you are sweating with Chad or seeing his smiling face when you walk in the studio, he will be cheering you on while helping you hit every goal and milestone inside and outside the studio. With a strong background in Fitness Studio management, Chad is your go to for all studio and membership inquires.

Jen is one of the friendly faces that keeps everything running smoothly at the front desk of our studio. She greets every member with a warm welcome and positive energy, helping make the studio feel like home from the moment you walk in. Outside the studio, Jen is also a talented makeup artist, bringing creativity and attention to detail to everything she does.
